Some video, audio and interactive elements of the Phoenix Coyotes website require that the latest version of Quicktime to be intalled on your computer to be viewed. Quicktime is an operating system extension that handles video, audio, and interactive media playback. You can get the latest version of Quicktime for free from Apple's Quicktime website.

Please note that the latest version of Quicktime is currently Quicktime 3. Version 3 is a significant update and supports many new features. Quicktime 2, which may already be installed on your computer, is not sufficient and does not support features used on the Coyotes website.

Setp-by-step instructions are provided by Apple. Once you have downloaded and installed Quicktime on your computer, be sure the Quicktime Plug-In is installed correctly in your browser's plug-ins directory.
